Getting to UCalgary from the Airport
Taxi: A taxi fide from the airport to UCalgary will take approximately 30 mins and will cost $35-$40 (Canadian dollars of course!)
Public Transit: Bus route #300 runs every 20 minutes and will take you to downtown Calgary. The fare is $9.50 (no change is provided); ask the bus driver for a transfer if you are paying cash. Transfer to the North-West C-train (Tuscany/Red line route) and get off at University station. Your transfer will be valid for the train ride to the university. The whole trip will take about an hour.
Various companies offer airport shuttle service, including Calgary Shuttle and Arriva Shuttle.

Getting Around Calgary
Transit: Calgary’s LRT (Light Rail Transit) or C-Train offers the fastest, most direct route to Motel Village, the Kensington district, and Downtown Calgary. Take the Somerset or Saddletowne train (west platform) southbound from University station located on the east side of the UCalgary campus.
Buses are accessible from various parts of the campus. Navigation information is available on the Calgary Transit website (www.calgarytransit.com).
Transit fares: A single adult fare is $3.25 and is valid for 90 minutes. You can transfer between routes on a single fare as long as it is within the 90 minute period. Cash fares are accepted on the bus, but you will want to have exact change as no change is provided. Tickets must be purchased before entering buses or C-Trains; you cannot purchase a ticket from the driver. Tickets and passes are available at the campus convenience store, Stör.
