If your public name is only one word, or you prefer to have your name alphabetized by the first part of your name, please leave this blank.
Public Second Name*

This field is what we would alphabetize your name by. Feel free to use only this field for your name.

This doesn't have to be the country in which you are currently residing. It should be the country under which you want to be counted when we do our x members in y countries stats.

Please give us a valid email that we can use to contact you about your membership, LCS announcements, and so forth.

Your Full Mailing Address
We use this for sending the conlang flag pin and your welcome letter. (If you are renewing your membership and your address has changed since last year, please update that information here.) Include your name if it is different from your public name. Please also include the zip code, mail code, country if not USA, and so forth. Everything that is needed to get a letter to you through the mail.
Phone number
Including a phone number is optional, but you can add or update that information here, if you'd like. Be sure to include the country code!
