10:34 - Sai calls the meeting to order.
10:42 - Agree to notify meeting participants that transcripts will be posted at the beginning of the meeting (no vote; general consent).
10:46 - The LCS Members' Meeting minutes from 12/16/2010 is certified by the members.
10:50 - Proposal to remove And Rosta from the board of directors retracted.
11:12 - Proposal to set a discounted rate for student members (with details to be voted on thereafter) is APPROVED (7 yeas, 2 abstentions, 0 nays).
11:23 - Proposal to set the discounted rate as $10 below the standard rate APPROVED (7 yeas, 2 abstentions, 0 nays).
11:28 - Proposal to consider students anyone under 18 years APPROVED (7 yeas, 2 abstentions, 0 nays).
11:29 - Proposal to consider students anyone in high school or equivalent APPROVED (7 yeas, 2 abstentions, 0 nays).
11:32 - Proposal to consider both full time and part students in postsecondary education as students for a discounted rate (5 say both full time and part time should count, 1 says only full time, 3 abstentions).
11:33 - Proposal to consider anyone pursuing an undergraduate degree a student APPROVED (6 yeas, 3 abstentions, 0 nays).
11:35 - Proposal to consider anyone pursuing a master's degree a student FAILS (1 yea, 4 abstentions, 4 nays).
11:41 - Proposal to consider anyone pursuing a doctorate degree (or equivalent) a student FAILS (0 yeas, 4 abstentions, 5 nays).

1:57 - Resolved: Charge €60 for LCC4, €50 for LCS members, and solicit donations, with the understanding that if we don't break even, the LCC will not return to Europe in the foreseeable future.
